Marshall Profiling is a dedicated, stand alone cutting centre specialising in CNC Plate and Sheet Processing. We offer a full range of processing services across an extensive range of carbon, stainless and aluminium materials from 0.5mm up to 200mm thick.

Laser Cutting
Laser cutting provides premium cut quality, speed and precision in materials up to 20mm thick. Whether its carbon, stainless or aluminium, our team have the experience and technology to deliver quality laser cut parts.
Plasma Cutting
Plasma cutting technology is a proven process for accurate and cost effective cutting of medium to heavy plate. With over 20 years plasma cutting experience, large and heavy parts are no problem for our Plasma team.
Oxy Fuel Cutting
For straight clean cutting of sections 60-200mm thick, the combination of a CNC Kinetic 3000 and the time proven process of Oxy Fuel cutting, enables us to offer a full compliment of cutting services all at the one location.
Pressing
Our range of 100 to 400 tonne CNC press breaks serviced by an overhead gantry allows for accurate folding of light, medium and heavy plate. A full range of tooling, further extends our sheet processing capabilities into carbon, stainless and aluminium folded sheet and plate.
Rolling
Our 3000mm Pinch Rollers are capable of rim setting 12mm plate or rolling up to 20mm plate to 600mm diameter. Serviced with an overhead gantry and non-marking plate clamps, we roll carbon, stainless and aluminium materials in light and heavy sections.
Machining
With a full range of CNC machining technology, our highly experienced machining team deliver drilling, tapping, countersinking and a range of other plate machining services to a high standard of workmanship with a quick turnaround.
