Plasma Technology:
The CNC Kinetic 2000 plasma cutter provides fast cutting speeds, rapid process cycling and quick changeovers in carbon steel up to 40mm thick. The high definition plasma power unit from Hypertherm produces significantly better hole quality and aligns and focuses the plasma arc for more powerful precision cutting.
Plasma Software:
Advanced plate nesting algorithms minimise sheet wastage and our machine programming and scheduling software provide full process control and cost management, to ensure your parts are delivered on time and for the best possible price.
Plasma Operations:
Our large 13 meter plasma cutting bed, extensive range of large carbon steel plate and our five tonne over head gantry, enable the quick and easy cutting of large profiles.
Part Finishing:
We also offer a range of part finishing and surface treatment processes including sand blasting, painting, galvanising, electroplating and rumbling and vibratory de-burring.
